We have 3 suites available for lease at our office!
 
•Suites 1 & 3 are available and furnished for a hair dresser.
•Suite 2 is a shared color room.
•Suite 4 is completely empty and ready for you to decorate!
 
Pricing: $225/week/suite with the first 4 weeks free
 
Features
•Each suite is lockable and you will have a key.
•The “suite” side has its own entrance, so you are able to work whatever hours you desire!
•Independent heating and air for total temperature control of your suite.
•Shared break room with fridge, bathroom, washer/dryer.
•ALL utilities included within the lease payment; water, heating and air, trash, property taxes, AND snow removal.
