Our Nurse Practitioners offer a very successful weight loss and nutrition program as well as a full line of anti-aging services. We also offer multiple medical grade skincare lines and high quality nutritional supplements available for purchase in store.

Stacey Koch, APRN, FNP-c
Co-Owner & Aesthetic Specialist
I am a family certified nurse practitioner and the proud owner of Vibrant Vitalité Health & Wellness where I specialize in aesthetics and weight management. I am a graduate of Elizabethtown Community College’s nursing program and received my Masters in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. My career spans many years and includes pediatrics, public health, occupational health, home health and primary care. During my 11 years in public health, I began teaching diabetic classes. This is where my enthusiasm with nutrition and weight loss began.
I have always had a great passion for the aesthetic industry. This combination of art and science is definitely where I have found my niche. My training in this field is extensive. I have trained with Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Nova Threads, Apollo med, Empire Medical Training, Rohrer, Arthur Swift, and Amspa. I seek trainings every year to ensure that I am knowledgeable on the most up to date services and safety procedures. My office will always be a place where clients can feel comfortable discussing their goals and be able to work towards them without intimidation or judgment.
When I am not at Vibrant Vitalité or training, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family or planning my next Disney World vacation!
Tiffany Basham
DNP, FNP-BC
I bring over 16 years of nursing experience, including the past 11 years as an APRN. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in OB/GYN, General Surgery, and Family Practice, and I also provided Primary Care on Fort Knox. I have completed advanced hormone therapy training through A4M, which deepened my passion for helping others feel vibrant, healthy, and confident at every stage of life.
At Vibrant Vitalité, I lead our Weight Loss and Hormone Programs and also provide injectable services. I have trained with Merz, Revance, and Galderma, and I continue to expand my aesthetics knowledge through ongoing training under Stacey. I’m excited to combine my medical background with aesthetic treatments that help clients look and feel their very best.
Outside of work, my family and I are proud to call Hardin County home after moving around with the military for many years. Giving back to others has always been close to my heart, and I’ve volunteered to provide medical care in the Dominican Republic, with Helping Hands for Haiti, and at a local community clinic.
When I’m not at Vibrant, you can usually find my family and me at a rodeo!

My experiences are well diverse in the business industry. I have 10 years of customer service experience, including 5 years of this in healthcare. I also have experience in Accounts receivables / payables and marketing. After the passing of my father in 2017, I took over partnership of his business in Glasgow in order to help to continue his legacy. This included maintaining a strong bond with his clients in a male dominated industry (construction supplies). I take great pride in the fact that I was successful in this endeavor. Because of logistics and the fruition of Vibrant Vitalité finally coming to light, I stepped back and let my Stepmother carry on my father’s dream.
My roles with Vibrant Vitalite’ are many: administrative assistant, accounts payable & receivables, customer service, marketing, scheduling…. This list is growing as we grow!
Felicia Heschke
Spa Director
I am a licensed tattoo artist specifically certified in microblading, powder brows, ombré brows, lip blushing, micro tattoos, 3D areola, scar camouflage, and piercings. I am also a Face Reality Expert, helping treat acne for all ages with customized skincare guidance and results-driven care. In addition, I am an Allergan-certified provider of the DiamondGlow device and SkinMedica skincare, as well as a certified ZO Skin Health Expert who has completed an advanced series of training and continues continuing education because I am passionate about skincare and helping clients achieve real results. I also have over 20 years of medical experience, including back office, front office, patient care, medical assisting, and previously managing two med spa locations.
My goal is for anyone who comes into Vibrant Vitalité to feel comfortable discussing their concerns. I want clients to leave with the knowledge and tools to look and feel their very best.
When I am not at Vibrant Vitalité with my best friends, you can find me camping, fishing, or loving on my fur babies.
Christy Sherlock
MSN-Ed, RN
With over 23 years of Healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse most recently earned Graduate degree in Nursing Education, associate degree from Elizabethtown Community College and Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Western Governors University. Compassion for helping patients live their best lives by empowering them to make educated decisions about their health and wellness is what has driven me throughout my career. Focusing as a nurse educator for the past four years has allowed me see the difference a nurse can make by providing well rounded education to meet clients at their level of learning to make the best informed decisions for the wellbeing of themselves and the patients they serve. This empowerment leads to healthy outcomes and an overall better quality of life for the patient population. I also enjoy quality time with my family and friends and loving on my pets as well as traveling to warm sandy locations utilizing proper sunscreen of course
Carol Hellard
Licensed Esthetician
Originally from Bardstown and now proudly calling Hardin County home, Carol brings more than five years of experience in sales and customer service, along with a true passion for skincare. Her own skin journey and the confidence that came with it inspired her to step into the aesthetics industry. Carol has trained with SkinBetter, ZO Skin Health, and Neocutis, and she especially loves Dermaplaning and DiamondGlow for the beautiful, radiant results they deliver. She is excited to continue learning, growing, and serving clients alongside our incredible team.
When she is not at the spa, Carol enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and loving on her fur baby, Gunner.

I am so excited to be a part of the Vibrant Vitalité family. I have lived in Hardin County for over 10 years. My family and I are proud to call Kentucky our home. I have my Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from Columbia Southern University. I also bring along with me a strong financial and customer service background.
My goal at Vibrant Vitalité is to ensure all our guest have the best experience as soon as they walk in our doors. I look forward to helping you improve your health while boosting your confidence.
When I am not at Vibrant Vitalité you will likely find me reading or spending time with my family which will probably be on the sidelines of a soccer field or at a volleyball game.
